Audio quality through cat5

Hi all

I am thinking about distributing audio through my house and have cat
5 cabling to the rooms I need to distribute audio to. My question is
what kind of quality will I get by doing this? Im not much of a
techie, but will cat 5 distribute CD quality audio effectively?
