Thanks Ken and Mark,

I already have a Viking Direct catalogue.

Unfortunately the boxes they do are different sizes and more expensive. I
would have to go for a much larger box than the one I have been using for a
single set of KAT5's + 2 PSU's. That would mean more packing material in
the
box to stop stuff moving around. More packing means more weight. The
current
single set packaged up USUALLY comes in 6 grams under the weight limit.
Occasionally I have used a little too much bubble wrap pushing it a few
grams over 1250 resulting in an extra 81p postage.
