Switcher feature request

Hi Keith,

Been thinking about the switcher today and thought I'd mention a feature
that could be very useful - the ability to route the audio and video
from a source independently.

Why would anyone want that?
Well, if I'm listening to my audiotron/rio/slimp3 and want to change
music, it would be nice if I could route the s-video out from the music
server and the music out from the audio device to the TV so I can
control it _and_ listen to it at the same time.
I wouldn't want to have a single source that is the audio source's audio
+ the PC video signal because I would want to use the PC video signal
for other audio devices controlled by the PC which are connected to the
switcher, and it would seem a bit silly to split the PC video signal
into multiple outputs before plugging into the switcher when the
switcher can do this anyway......

What do you think?
Probably already down as a feature I'd imagine :)

Oh, and are you thinking of scart sockets again, or separate phono +
svideo inputs?
