I use adaptors on my KAT5 units (my hatred of SCARTs is well known)
which give me stereo phono audio, phono composite video and 4 pin
mini-DIN s-video connectors - they are switchable between "in"
and "out"
configurations and cost about £1.49 from CPC - Maplin do them for £9.99
each!
