I received a delivery of parts for some of the switcher boards this week
but
havent had time to play with them yet.

I have had major problems trying to upgrade my PC to Win2K. Some of the
hardware will not work under Win2K including my ATI graphics card. Got the
card working but no TVout which is my S-Video test source for KAT5. Also
couldnt get the printer or ISDN card to work and no Bios updates are
available for it. I have just rebuilt it as Win98 and it should be fully
operational within the next 2 days. I can then prototype some switcher
boards.

I expect that the switcher software will have one or two bugs at first so
will need it to be given a thorough hammering before the switcher is
released. The first switcher will be modular with each card adding one
input
and one output. Upto 8 cards can be fitted giving a total size of 8x8. I
might also add a expansion connector to allow additional output but it will
be restricted to 8 inputs.
