No - the KAT5-AVS is capable of sending 2 video signals via 2 video
circuits - for S-Video this is the luminance (Y) and chrominance (C). Since
composite video has the Y-C combined, it will only use 1 of the available
KAT5 video circuits.

With a S-Video -> composite convertor you can. I think you can build one
of
these quite cheaply as there are only a few components required (of course,
I may be wrong).
