Keith built me just such a unit...

...it has 4 channels of video senders in the transmitter and four video
receivers in the receiving unit ... means that I can send either component
+
composite or RGB + Sync. Works *PERFECTLY*.

Obviously 8 cores in a CAT5 cable mean that RGB+Sync uses up a whole CAT5
but you can use another 2 channel audio KAT5 on a second CAT5 cable to sent
the audio if you wish.
